I wanted to share this information because I discovered 3 weeks ago that good vitamins and mass amounts of B-12 can heal PTSD! I discovered this on accident by using these products myself. I’ve suffered with PTSD for over 30 years. After I discovered this I gave some to others to try, 2 suffered with depression and one with Schizophrenia. Guess what? It’s working. Within ½ hour the change was noticed. Now a week into it and there is no meds being taken and things are better than ever! I can not quarantine this will work for everyone, but I’m sure going to share it with as many people as I can. Heck, it’s worth a shot isn’t it? My website is www.integriis.com .  The vitamins are the finest available and the energy drinks contain 4900% -8000% B-12, depending on which you use. Blessings to all of you! Hope this helps you as much as it has me and my family!

I don't know how active this group is as I've just found it. I'm also bipolar 2, but am currently in a depressive phase rather than a hypomanic one. . . If you want to chat I'm @silentbeauty on twitter.

I also am wondering if this group is still active. I haven't been active on social moms for awhile and am revisiting connecting here. I was diagnosed with hypomania a few years ago and would love to connect with other moms like me....

Hello. I'm new! Is this group still active? Bi-polar runs in my family tree. I inherited this blessing and curse. I want to meet and make friends like me. I have come a long way.

Peace. Thanks.

i am new at bloggin my sister told me about this sight, i am 30 years old i have 3 beautiful, strong children i was diagnosed with bp at the age 14 and have been thru hell in back many times, i give thanks to my family my #1 supporters and undercover angels they never gave up on me even though they had no idea what was going on at first and we still learn something everyday, i still struggle everyday, but i have come a long way. I know there are people who has no one to lean on or who will fight for them or should i say fight with them against this disease, and my heart and prayers go out to them because i wouldn't be here if i didn't have my mom, dad and sister, they are a big part of my life support, but God is the main man. I know it is hard and we all get so tired of the fight but we all have come so far because we are fighters and if we can fight this and still we are standing then we can take on anything God bless u all and i send my love

THANK GOD! My daughter is a rape victim and she has ptsd and schitzophrenia! I suppose Bipolar is part of it too. It rips my heart out. I hate the meds! But there is no choice I suppose! She has to have peace.

I am bipolar and finally have it under control. I did not take meds for the first 33 years of my life and only in the past 3 years (I'm 39), have I had the right ones.

Every day is something new, but we will all get there!

It was able to skip a generation where i am concerned, my father has it his brothers and mom have it and i was diagnosed with not having itt... my father was diagnosed when he was 15 and so i have grown up around it and watched with a mixture of emotions growing up with the anger, resentment, fears, tears. .. i would never wish this illness upon anyone my parents separated after almost 30 years of marriage 10 years ago, and now i have taken over the role of helping my father who now at 54 has short term memory loss from all the damage he has to done over the years to his body with drugs, and over medicating.... I have been through alot with my father and at times it has been very trying and i have wanted to wash my hands of it all but i just cant it is hard for my husband to understand its really hard to talk to him or my closest friends about it as none of them truly understand so i joined in hopes of meeting people who do understand the dramatic ups and downs of this awful illness...
