I would like to hear from other boomers who find themselves working endlessly trying to make ends meet in this slow economy and after loosing much of their retirement nest egg. I know that I as a Realtor have lost more than half of my income due to the real estate crash, real estate is very very slow. I have a part time merchandising job, I am still working full time as a real estate agent and just started selling Avon. I also have the majority of the housework load, grocery shopping and all the cooking ( my husband does help some he does his own laundry and kitchen cleanup most of the time) Let me tell you there not enough hours in the day to do it all. Some days I feel like I can't go on at this pace for much longer, I literally work 16 hrs a day every day except Sunday and then I am in church morning and evening and at choir practice. I am so thankful that God has given me the strength I need to do what I do but wonder when I can take life a little easier. Do you fell the same way? I'd love to hear from you.

We had planned for our retirement. My husband had worked for the same company for over 30 years, and accumulated a sizable hunk in his company retirement plan until the company went bankrupt (taking a major part of our retirement with it).

I had owned my own business for over 20 years, and had invested in the stock market. Most of that is gone as well.

I am 62, and working as a tutor (also volunteer tutor), and sell my own line of educational products on line.

I hear so many people who did all the things we were supposed to do and it should have been gravy for the last part of our lives but life through a curve ball as it often does. I hope you're doing well with your online business. If I run across anyone that would be interested in your I will pass your website along to them.
