What do you tweet and post to facebook about ?

Apart from updating twitter with your blog posts and squidoos etc what else do you post to these sites ? I am stuck - it's like I have lost my tongue !

I post comments that I leave on other sites and deals I find that I do not have time to do a full blog post on.
Mostly about my giveaway on my blog

I recently launched a FB fan page for my blog. Here I post tips for obtaining wealth and overall balance in our lives. Any post I make on my blog/site automatically updates the FB fan page and twitter as well. We also post on-going updates for our real estate investment projects here.

I am finding it can be a very powerful tool and I feel like I am finally catching on!

On my standard FB page, I mainly just keep in touch with friends. : )

I have been really into twitter lately and not much into facebook. I do alot of retweets to support fellow tweeters and enter twitter contests (I won a $50 GC to walmart the other day). I post my swagbucks.com earnings. I try to throw some personal tweets in as well. (life, etc) and Ive been doing sponsored tweets. Follow me at http://www.twitter.com/512kidz I follow back all active accounts.
I've been Tweeting my giveaways and re-tweeting giveaways for others when I see them and/or enter them.
My current one is a Book Giveaway - going until 4/19/2010.

I'm not on Facebook but on Twitter - I'll respond to things that peak my interest or show support to others that I communicate with. To be honest I'm usually just on Twitter once a day or sometimes twice and I usually feel like I'm trying to catch up for the few minutes that I have to spend there. I'm with you though, Hayley. Sometimes when I go to make a tweet about me or my day my fingers freeze!

I'll post some of the giveaways that I have on Sunshine Rewards, and sometimes when I post a new blog on YouPet or sometimes just great deals in general that I find. I'll also retweet other interesting tweets and then my blip.fm automatically posts my songs that I am playing too. I just don't get to follow other tweets as much as I would like to.
I tweet about everything...things I do with kids, annoyances with family members, posts I am about to write, posts I am writing, gripes with companies, triumphs with customer service, and everything in between. What's a Squidoo by the way?
Hi Hayley,

In my business-accounts (sounds strange; it's so fun, it's more like a hobby than work... :-) ) I post links that can be described as "creative parenting related": craft ideas, home science, recommended websites, and other cool ideas for kids and parents. This goes in line with the posts I publish in my own business blog (http://kessemmagickey.blogspot.com).

In my personal accounts I also tweet/update my facebook mostly with links of interest. I hardly ever write a personal update or thought. I look for interesting links in my RSS and Youtube subscriptions as well as updates by my friends (which I go on to share if I like them).

I tweet about Tampa-area family events plus kid-related stuff in the news. But the biggest response I get is when I tweet a blog entry about something funny that happened to my kids that has lots of pics, such as my plea for help when two bottles of wine fell on my son's favorite stuffed animal and I couldn't get the smell out!

As for Facebook, I post Tampa-area stories in the news, such as a Lakeland boy who's trying to stop bullies through his own blog, Twitter and FB pages. Or when I need inspiration, such as what I should put in my kids' Easter baskets.

Since my blog buddies and I are into books we tweet a lot about publishing and author news, and really, just chat with the many tweeple we've met on Twitter who are interested in such things.
