we have just moved to a new house and had to buy all new appliances. when we received the fridge there was a HUGE disappointment because it had no box. few days later we have received a washer...and guess what ....it came in a box. this was immediately turned my girls new house inside their new house. the card box always wins as the best toy.

My daughters are 14 and 10. We've had Discovery Toys in the house since my oldest was 9 months old and I became a consultant for the company. I love how a toy that is introduced to a toddler can still be used by the same child when they are a preschooler, and still have play value when that same child is school aged. I love that for 31 years Discovery Toys has been using the safety testing procedures that are just now becoming required in the toy industry. (DUH, if kids are going to play with them, they need to be safe) These are the toys that survive the garbage bag scavenger hunts that go on periodically in our house. I love being known as the Toylady of the county, and how kids are so excited when my van full of toys shows up at their house.

My 5 year olds favourite toy is Chester. She has had it since she was 6 months old and he has travelled the world with her.

I have found myself in shopping centres frantically getting the customer service agents to make an announcements for lost 'Chester'.

I have been on my hands and knees in aircraft (not recommend) searching.

Back to countless restaurants & other venues all in the hunt for lost Chester.

And one of my favs was the missing posters I had to do up for the YMCA .... the joys of it eh?
