My favorite healthy snack is yogurt with granola. Kids love the fruity taste and the crunchy texture!
My kids have always liked apple wedges with peanut butter. But I think their favorite is yogurt topped with Grapenuts.
My favorite healthy snack to serve to the kids is fresh fruit cut into bit size peices. If I have a fresh pineapple I usually use a small shaped cookie cutter to make it a special treat.
My go-to healthy snack is bananas with peanut butter. My kids could always use a bit more protein and they both LOVE this snack.
Well, my baby is really too young for snacks other than Cheerios and bananas... so that is what I give him. For myself or in the future when our baby is old enough, I like celery sticks with almond butter and sometimes a touch of honey. :)
Cubed cheese and grapes! We used to save cubed cheddar and other cheeses (bought already cubed) on special occasions but my kids love this easy shot of protein with fruit, especially grapes, any time.
tangerines! We love those cuties boxes filled with them!
My favorite healthy snack to give to my kids is Ants on a Log - celery with organic peanut butter and raisins on top. They absolutely love it...and I confess, so do I!
I serve my kids apples and crackers
My daughter loves broccoli steamed with or without cheese.
My boys love apple slices and/or banana slices smeared with peanut butter. Fruit and peanut butter are staples in our house -- some days they are the only things I can get my 3-year-old to eat!
