Apples with a little bit of Peanut Butter Smeared on them! YUM!
Apples and Oranges! My son loves them. As well as other fruits like strawberries, grapes, and watermelon. Don't get me wrong, he loves junk food, but he loves fruits more.
Still pregnant with my baby girl but my favorite healthy snack to serve to my niece is bananas! She loves them!!

My favorite healthy snacks to give to my daughter are:

boiled carrots, tomatos, broccoli.

she can NEVER get enough broccoli, she loves it!

Then of course there are fruits such as apples, oranges and bananas.

Right now - breast milk - she is 5 months old.
An organic rice cake seasoned with nori.

Im so lucky because my kids are huge fans of vegetables. My 3 girls love to peel and eat regular carrots (not baby ones!) and cucumber. Sometimes with ranch. Kind of boring, but a winner in my house!!

My girls LOVE broccoli too! Isn't it the best?? :)

My favorite healthy snacks to feed children are fruits.
I make mini-vegetable platters for snacks during the day. The platters contain raw broccoli, carrots, celery (with and without peanut butter), grapes, sliced apples and oranges.
My girls love apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon, and hummus served with just about anything: carrots, pita bread, pita chips, crackers, and pretzel crisps. They also love frozen grapes.
I make a turkey, cheese, and avocado sandwich and cut it into four "snack-size" squares. It's a quick bite that is packed with energy for my on-the-go family! Cheers, Stephanie
