It is chocolate.  I always have a stash of Bliss or Dove.  Sometimes, it is just the lift I need.
Starting my morning with either coffee (4-5 cups) or a homemade mocha (just one)
My little day calendar notes "pinched" in a holder on my kitchen counter. Every week, I look at my day calendar and take seven 3/5" scrap paper pieces (lined note cards would work, too). I put "Monday", "Tuesday", etc. on the top of each. Then I write dr. appointments, necessary family activities or dates already set us. As additional things come up, I add them to each list as needed. I'd forget a lot if I didn't have this method. It really helps organize my busy life.

I get through my day only by the grace of God. Knowing that He is with me and helping me every step of the way makes me feel like I can keep going on.

When I am at work, I can function because I know that it will soon be quitting time and I can go home to my family!

caffeine in any form, coke, coffee, tea, Monster energy drink, chocolate...lol
Peace would help me get through the day.
As long as I have coffee and a call from my daughter I'm doing great!
Reminding myself that I matter to my children. That what I'm doing IS making a difference. As well as a nice hot soothing cup of tea in the afternoon.
thinking about my 3 wonderful daughters - even if 1 is acting nasty, I flash on her as a baby, not a teen
There are a parade of things that get me through my day.  I think I could actually narrow it down to three things...#1- the "I love you this much" (as my son opens his arms as wide as possible) that I get everyday when I drop my son to daycare. #2- the multivitamin,  enzyme, flaxseed oil, and omega -3 supplements I take everyday (keeps me mentally and physically prepared for the day). # 3- the strong cup of coffee with french vanilla creamer I drink on my way to work or school everyday!

The thing that helps me get through my day is realizing that this time in my life is precious and fleeting.  It's tiring when your kids are little, but as they grow up and start to grow away from you, you realize that you'd give anything to have those exhausting days back!

coffee and facebook get me through my day!
