I just plan on reconnecting with my past. I know that sounds silly but we get too busy and we loose sight on the simple things in life. I'm making a vow to keep things simple around the holidays this year and help my 3 daughters enjoy it without extra stress. Two are 17 and I want them to leave with simple, easy to do traditions that they can do with their future friends & family.

I plan on reconnecting with my spouses family. It has been a long time since we have all gotton together and lots of new babies have come into the family so it will nice to finally be able to see everyone!

I'm most excited about my Nuderma coming to stay with us this Christmas. We always call my family in other states to catch up since she doesn't have long distance. That, and she is my best friend!

For Thanksgiving it will be a really small group os uf at my in-laws house. I sometimes like it htat way because we can really connect and hear each other talk. For Christmas, we will be spending it with my side of the family. I love having the time to sit and focus and really visit with each other instead of just a quick email or phone call. I can't wait to share this time with my kiddos who are starting to understand what this time of year is about.

We will be spending Thanksgiving with my whole family at my grandmas this year. And then for Christmas we will have everyone over to our house. I hope to get to spend some special time with my dad's sister as she just found out she has breast cancer last week. Hopefully it all works out, but if not I want to make sure these holidays are special for us all.

I plan on reconnecting with my whole family and my husband's family! We are stationed in FL and 'home' is OR...and we haven't been home in a year. We're due to PCS (move) to Turkey in march, so we have to get in all the family time we can before we won't be able to see them all again for a couple years.

We are going to have a new addition to our family this holiday season. My youngest sister is due with their first baby in early December. They live in the south while I'm in the north. I'd love to connect with them and my new niece or nephew this Christmas!

I plan on reconnecting with my little sister who is also pregnant (we are 2 months apart in our pregnancies). She moved clear across the country this past summer so it's been hard to keep in touch. Excited to reconnect with her!
