I have to rest often to be able to stay energetic throughout the day and keep focused on what it is that I want to accomplish for the day!
Pepsi....LOL bad habit but the only thing that keeps me going! :)
I try to keep a positive attitude, it really does help. Sometimes blogging puts me in a happy mood too, but when all else fails I turn on Elmo and lay on the couch with my kiddos.
Lots of water and taking a walk outside early-mid afternoon make a huge difference for me.
I allow myself down time.. Little breaks help give me energy to get stuff done!!
Healthy snacks (except when I'm PMSing!) and some vitamin D when I'm feeling sluggish. I found out about the vitamin D from my doctor. I had no idea how many things it helps with and how awesome it is for a quick energy boost.

(By the way, during PMS, it's all about the chocolate and caffeine!!)
I drink LOTS of coffee and try to remember to take my vitamin. :)
I spend as much time out in the fresh air as possible
Well I'm at work all day so the best way for me to stay energize is to get up and move. Maybe take a walk through the building and eat a healthy snack.
I wish it was something healthy like meditation and exercise, but it's Diet Dr Pepper. Lots and lots of Diet Dr Pepper.
I have no idea how to stay energetic throughout the day. I wake up, wish I could go back to sleep, then get the stuff done I need to, take a nap then do things that make me happy, including hanging out with my husband and son.
I don't like caffeine so I have to find other ways to stay energetic! Usually a short walk around the neighborhood does it for me. Even better when there's a breeze, since a hot day usually makes me feel even more tired, lol!
