Healthy snacks (except when I'm PMSing!) and some vitamin D when I'm feeling sluggish. I found out about the vitamin D from my doctor. I had no idea how many things it helps with and how awesome it is for a quick energy boost.
(By the way, during PMS, it's all about the chocolate and caffeine!!)
I have no idea how to stay energetic throughout the day. I wake up, wish I could go back to sleep, then get the stuff done I need to, take a nap then do things that make me happy, including hanging out with my husband and son.
I don't like caffeine so I have to find other ways to stay energetic! Usually a short walk around the neighborhood does it for me. Even better when there's a breeze, since a hot day usually makes me feel even more tired, lol!
