THANK YOU EVERYONE! We have reached our quota of 50 posts. We are reviewing current submissions to make sure they are qualified. Thanks for participating!
Hershey®’s and happiness go hand in hand. And if you haven't heard, The Hershey Company just introduced little drops of happiness -- perfect for sharing -- Hershey’s Drops! A lot of Hershey's happiness in a little drop™. Hershey's Drops are a new bite-size way to enjoy and share the Hershey’s flavors you love. To help spread the news (and happiness!) we've teamed up with Hershey's to bring you a fun new blogging program.
Hershey's candy brings sweet moments of happiness to the world every day. In honor of the introduction of Hershey's Drops -- we've got a new blogging topic to inspire you: What are the little ways you share happiness with those around you?
We find ourselves so busy and wrapped up in our own lives, that sometimes we may not be thinking about how to share happiness with others. But it's the little things that are most memorable and help build strong connections and communities. Sharing happiness can make us happy too! What are some of the ways you like to share a little happiness with people in your life? Do you plan on donating a warm coat to a homeless shelter? Will you send chocolates to your mom just because? Do you plan on throwing a fun party for your girlfriends to catch up and enjoy some quality time together? How about surprising your spouse with an overnight getaway with just the two of you?
Tell us about how you like to share happiness with others. The first 50 qualifying participants will get a $25 Target GiftCard and two bags of Hershey's Drops!
The blogging program will culminate with a fun Twitter party, celebrating simple ways to share happiness with our friends and loved ones.
How it works:
We are looking for fifty creative, original and authentic submissions of high quality. Create an original essay post on your blog, in 400 words or more (using your own words), about how you plan to share happiness. Include a thoughtful introduction, original content within the body of your post, and a conclusion. Check your spelling and grammar. You must also include the disclosure statement that is below in your post and install the campaign widget in the sidebar of your blog. Then follow the rest of the requirements below. We will review every post and select the first 50 qualifying submissions to receive a $25 Target Gift Card and two bags of Hershey's Drops!
Highlights from your posts, tweets and tips will be collected and featured on http://sharedrops.socialmoms.com, and distributed across the web for all to see. The blogging program starts on February 16, 2011 and the submission window closes at 11:59pm PST on March 17, 2011. We will contact the first 50 qualifying bloggers on or about March 24, 2011.
