Excellent video! Our kids are so micro-managed that they learn not to step over the boundaries. And when we tell them there are boundaries they learn to believe they exist.

I help teach an entrepreneurial class at a local high school where the kids are given free reign over their ideas. When the class first started and they figured out they wouldn't be micro-managed, you would have thought they were a bunch of deer caught in the headlights. They didn't know what to do with themselves and they didn't know how to take control of their ideas.
