Sometimes you may find yourself having a silly moment in the kitchen when an unexpected spill turns into a fun art project. You might be driving on a road trip, and the kids invent a new game in the car that becomes your family tradition. Sometimes keeping the family happy means you just go with the flow, and these spontaneous moments are what create the real happiness and most memorable times within the family.

Serving tasty foods to your family also creates great memories and keeps the family happy. Being a mom today means making sure you always have something on hand that will please your family and friends. Be it the frenzy that happens when your son brings five hungry friends home from school, the rush of getting the kids off to sports practice with something in their bellies, or the chaos that often accompanies getting dinner on the table, moms are always trying to do what’s best for their family and keep everyone happy with the foods and brands that they love. Farm Rich wants to help you “Keep ‘em Happy” with a selection of tasty and easy-to-prepare snacks! In honor of these delicious Farm Rich Snacks, like cheese sticks, quesadillas and meatballs, we want to hear about how you keep your family happy in a fun, new blogging program! Do you bring the family together for game night and snacks? Are you a fan of family picnics in the park? Do you plan special parties or fun get togethers just to bring everyone together? Do you hide little love notes in your family’s lunch bags? What are the little things you do to keep your family happy?

We can’t wait to hear about all your tips for keeping your family happy! We are looking for quality over speed, so keep reading!

How it works:
We are looking for one hundred creative, original and authentic submissions of high quality. Create an original post on your blog, in 400 words or more (using your own words), about how you keep your family happy. Include a thoughtful introduction, original content within the body of your post, and a conclusion. Check your spelling and grammar. You must also include the disclosure statement that is below in your post and install the campaign widget in the sidebar of your blog. Then follow the rest of the requirements below. We will review every post and select the first 100 qualifying submissions to receive a $25 Target gift card!

Highlights from your posts, tweets and tips will be collected and featured on http://farmrichsnacks.socialmoms.com, and distributed across the web for all to see. The blogging program starts on March 30, 2011 and the submission window closes at 11:59pm PST on April 27, 2011. We will contact the qualifying bloggers on or about May 4, 2011. Requirements:
To participate, we ask that you:

1. Create an original blog post on your blog, in 400 words or more, sharing "how do you keep your family happy?" Please include a thoughtful introduction and conclusion in addition to the main body of your essay. Give it plenty of thought, and include content that your readers would like to hear about and can connect with! Short or poorly written posts will not be accepted. Copying and pasting does not count. Blank posts submitted to create a blog link on the discussion page will be disqualified. Don't copy another blogger's post or ideas. Plagiarism is grounds for immediate disqualification.

2. Participants must include the following disclosure as a footnote of their post:
“I wrote this blog post while participating in the SocialMoms and Farm Rich blogging program, for a gift card worth $25. For more information on how you can participate, click here.” (make sure you link to http://farmrichsnacks.socialmoms.com/about)

3. Install the campaign widget in the side bar of your blog. You will find the widget on the right side of the hub page.  Click on "Get Widget" to get the code.

4. Log on to your Twitter account, www.twitter.com, and send a tweet including a link to your blog post with the hashtag #FarmRichSnacks.

5. Return to www.SocialMoms.com and post a comment on this discussion page in the comments section below, including an active link to your blog post and a direct link to your Twitter tweet. (You can click on the date/time link below your tweet to get the direct link to your tweet.)
