Share 10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You and you could win a $30 Gift Card and 6 Points For Tropicana Juicy Rewards!

When trying to improve your personal health and happiness, sometimes big steps, like starting a new diet or exercise plan, can feel overwhelming and daunting. This spring season, we’re celebrating the little things we can do that add up to make a huge difference in bettering ourselves and our health, wellness and happiness!

TwitterMoms and Tropicana Trop50 have teamed up to bring you a "Spring Renewal" blogging program, asking for the "10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You." Do you wake up each morning and take a brisk walk? Do you like to eat one fruit and veggie-centric meal per week? How about practicing daily gratitudes and inspiring self-affirmations? All these little things make a huge difference and add up to motivate you to be a better you.

How it works:
Create a post on your blog about "10 Little Things that Lead to a Happier, Healthier You."  Post the campaign widget inside your blog post. Then follow the rest of the requirements below. 100 qualified submissions will be judged winners and will receive a $30 AmEx gift card and 6 Tropicana Juicy Rewards points worth up to $30 in savings, which together can be used to redeem one of the great healthy pursuits -- from yoga and pilates to running shoes and massages -- offered through the Tropicana Juicy Rewards program.

Plus, you can provide your readers with a special TwitterMoms Juicy Rewards code with your ten tips. All participants will receive this exclusive code TWMOM-READR (worth one Juicy Rewards point – that’s up to $5 in savings) to share with your readers!

Participants offering a reader bonus code must also include the following: “This one-time use code is valid for new accounts ONLY. Must be entered within 6 hours of creating your account. Limit one new account bonus code per new account. All accounts must be created and all codes entered by May 7, 2010 at 11:59 PM EST.”

Your posts will be collected and featured on http://littlethings.twittermoms.com, and distributed across the web for all to see. We are extremely excited about this opportunity, since we think programs like this can drive a lot of traffic to your blogs and help you build your reader base. The blogging program starts on April 20, 2010 and the submission window closes at 11:59pm PST on May 4, 2010.  We will contact the people whose submissions have been selected on or about May 18, 2010. Please review terms and conditions here.

At the culmination of the blogging program, we will be hosting a Twitter party on April 29, 2010 4-6 pm PST with more fun giveaways.
