Thank you for your interest in this blogging program. We have met our quota of 50 posts and are reviewing each submission to check they meet all requirements. All participants will be contact by December 11th regarding payment.

Scents are powerful. They can invigorate or intoxicate us; they can bring back memories, provide comfort, or transport us to faraway places. But when it comes to dish liquid, not all scents are created equal. That's why Seventh Generation has created a line of dish liquids featuring natural scents from real lemons, clementines and lavender. To celebrate the Nature Makes Perfect Scents sweepstakes that Seventh Generation is offering - you can enter to win a trip for two to one of the regions where lemons, clementines and lavender grow, including France and Italy - we're asking the SocialMoms community to help spread the news about this product line and sweepstakes, available at www.seventhgeneration.com/scents. The winner chooses the region, which also includes Vermont, Seventh Generation’s home state and the inspiration for its Free & Clear line. We’d also like you to share personal stories about the natural scents you love. Seventh Generation knows that nature makes perfect scents. What are some scents from nature you love, and where do those scents take you? What irresistible aromas perk up your day? We can’t wait to hear about all your favorite scents from nature, and how they make you feel?

We're looking for quality over speed, so please read on.

Posting Guidelines
We are looking for 50 creative, original and authentic blog submissions of high quality. Create an original post on your blog, in 400 words or more (using your own words), telling us about scents fresh from nature you love, and where those scents take you. Include a thoughtful introduction, original content within the body of your post, and a conclusion. Check your spelling and grammar. You must also include the disclosure statement that is below in your post and install the campaign widget in the sidebar of your blog. Then follow the rest of the requirements below. We will review every post and select the first 50 qualifying submissions to receive a $50 Target gift card!

Highlights from your posts, tweets and tips will be collected and featured on http://seventhgeneration.socialmoms.com, and distributed across the web for all to see. The blogging program starts on November 10, 2011 and the submission window closes at 11:59pm PST on December 10, 2011. We will contact the qualifying bloggers on or about December 16, 2011. Requirements:
To participate, we ask that you:

Create an original blog post on your blog, in 400 words or more, telling us about "Scents from nature you love, and where those scents take you." Please include a thoughtful introduction and conclusion in addition to the main body of your essay. Give it plenty of thought, and include content that your readers would like to hear about and can connect with! Short or poorly written posts will not be accepted. Copying and pasting does not count. Blank posts submitted to create a blog link on the discussion page will be disqualified. Don't copy another blogger's post or ideas. Plagiarism is grounds for immediate disqualification.
Participants must include the following disclosure as a footnote of their post:
“I wrote this blog post while participating in the SocialMoms and Seventh Generation blogging program, for a gift card worth $50. For more information on how you can participate, click here.” (make sure you link to http://seventhgeneration.socialmoms.com/about2)
