Transitions Lenses and SocialMoms have teamed up to host a fun Twitter Party on Thursday, 9/8/11. We hope you can join us as we talk about healthy tips to get your kids ready for back-to-school! You’ll be entered for a chance to win great prizes just by participating during the party. We will be joined by our fabulous co-host, Shari Criso (@sharicriso) who is a Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse Midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, baby product expert, nationally recognized parenting educator and author, entrepreneur, and most importantly, mother of two amazing daughters. Please make sure you follow @socialmoms, @sharicriso and @transitions before the party!

We are giving away twenty $20 Target gift cards to our random winners! 10 prizes will be awarded to participants tweeting an invitation to their followers before the party using the #transitionslenses hashtag, and 10 will be awarded to participants tweeting with the #transitionslenses hashtag during the party!
